Position Member of the Board

Experience Munir has 30+ years of experience in the EU, USA, and China market, having focused the last 12+ years on the automotive industry in China and Europe. Munir Awan spends 6+ months a year in China and procures, developes, negotiates, and conducts quality controls for products used for instance at VW, Mercedes, BMW, Audi, and at Tesla, but also at Chinese OEMs. He is a specialist in procurement, negotiation, and quality control purchasing from the Chinese market. Munir is a global business professional with strong ties in China allowing for a local presence and a decades strong business network. Having lived in the USA, UAE, China, and Europe, Munir brings a wealth of experience and an international business network.

Position Chief Executive Officer

Experience Amir has been working over a decade within the frame of the Awan family business in the international automotive industry. After his Masters in International Business in 2018, Amir was Managing Director at one of Germany`s most reputable research and consultancy institutes at WWU Münster, under Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Klaus Backhaus, hereby working on digital consultancy for large corporations with the focus on digital transformation next to research for his PhD thesis. Dropping out of his PhD in Technology Management with focus on Blockchain in the automotive, sustainability, data industry in 2019, he landed a digital consultant contract with the S&P 500 company PPG, serving 15.000 car service providers in EU, which is handed over and executed by his brother since 2021. With Rocket Blockchain, a web3 venture studio, Amir has been taking over projects of onchain platforms for public listed companies and startups as well as co-founded an online platform for sustainability solutions targeting in its first phase blockchain companies, namely Menthol Protocol. Having joined the onchain digital twin platform Filedgr early 2024 Amir is excited to build on the future of onchain digital twins & authenticated tokenization. With X-AUTO Amir is eager to build the vision of affordable and accesable electricle vehicles for the B2B and B2C customers through an auto onchain platform connected to all stakeholders in the automotive industry including the car service, sales, and OEM partners.

Position Chief Technology Officer

Experience Eric is part-time Adjunct Professor at HEC Liège Luxembourg and has his PhD in Computer Science. He is a French/German national, father of two, and former PhD student under Radu's supervision. He was external tech developer for the DLT features of various platforms including that of a car sales platform. Subsequently, he ventured into the world of entrepreneurship and founded his company. The core offerings encompass a range of development services and various products, with one standout creation being Filedgr. This platform establishes distributed data networks, colloquially referred to as data spaces on the Blockchain. He also played a significant role in the development of Moniflo, the first licensed tokenizer and digital custodian for investment funds. He transitioned from an early contributor to Co-Founder. In 2021, he was honored to receive the CTO of the Year Award, a testament of his hard work and dedication. After getting to know Amir, the network of partners, and the vision of a green mobility future in Europe, Eric decided to join X-AUTO as the CTO and jointly contribute to a green future enabled by tech.

Position Chief Operating Officer

Experience Anil has lived for over a decade in China and has been oversea project manager and strategic business development specialist for the smart mechanical devices from Chinese based corporation Safe Run with more than 5000 employees. He is fluent in Mandarin having gained his PhD in Computer Science at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, where he was a Research Scholar for over 9 years. He has been giving lectures on IT including IT concept, operating systems, database, Java, HTML, web, Office products to the students visiting the university.

Position Angel & Advisor

Experience Stefan Fischer is the first backer who committed in backing X-AUTO and is furthermore a key advisor for the Chinese market. He has vast experience in large volume trade finance with focus on China and Europe, with a family office based in Zug. Through his close collaboration with Chinese family offices he has a particular strong access to Chinese EV OEMs with local partners in China. Also Stefan has participated together with Thomas and Frank in the meeting leading to the formation of X-AUTO.

Position Lead Automotive Aftermarket Advisor X-AUTO

Experience Thomas is an Automotive Collision Expert EMEA and has experience as the EMEA Car Segment Director of S&P 500 company PPG. PPG has 15.000 car service providers across EU as customers. He has 30+ years of consulting experience in strategic business development in the EMEA Automotive Aftermarket. A meeting on monetization strategies for car service providers led to X-AUTO - the EU car service & sales network.

Position Angel & Strategic Advisor

Experience Mark is a VC INVESTOR & Alliance of Angel Member, the worlds largest and most active Angel Investor group. He is also CEO and co-founder of CodexDF, the enterprise accounting software for digital assets. Mark founded CodexDF based on his experience connecting business leaders and the IT for over 2 decades. He is an active investor, keynote speaker, best-selling author in 12 languages, and has been a digital transformation leader for blockchain, crypto currencies, IoT, AI and cloud computing for the last decade. Mark is building on his experience in leadership positions at HP and Microsoft. Position Angel & Strategic Advisor

Experience Andreas has been an independent advisor, specializing in digital business models and value creation through digital transformation. In over 20 years in operational responsibility for functional areas as well as a managing director and AG board member, Andreas has been responsible for the development, delivery and marketing of digital and technical services. In 2001 he was appointed to the Management Board of T-Online International AG, where he worked as CTO / CIO until the merger with Deutsche Telekom AG in 2006. Two further years as CIO for T-Com / T-Home followed. In 2008 he became CEO of the Payback subsidiary Loyalty Partner Solutions and lead its development until the sale of the Payback majority to American Express at the end of 2010.

Experience Frank is a strong figur in the German Automotive Aftermarket having held leading positions among several companies with successful exits in the automotive industry. He had a number car service companies before selling them to the Intelligent Repair Solution (IRS) group and became managing director of IRS. They have 130 locations across Europe and belong to a Swiss investment fund. Also Frank participated in the meeting together with Thomas leading to the formation of X-AUTO.

Experience Nicolas Weber is an early stage crypto investor, writer, philanthropist, podcast host and entrepreneur. He is part of the founding team at Amazing Blocks, Founder and CEO of DAC and Founding Initiator of MGH DAO. Additionally, he is the Co-Founder of the Tokenization Working Group at the European Blockchain Association. He previously worked for established companies such as Daimler, Dieffenbacher and Allianz Global Investors.

Position Angel Investor & Advisor

Beschreibung Tomal is a seasoned Management Consultant with extensive experience in the Automotive and Telecommunications industries, as well as in startups. Specializing in Blockchain Technology, DevOps, IoT, and Intercultural Entrepreneurship, he has been serving as a Senior Manager at Detecon International in Munich since 2019. In his role, he focuses on Smart Mobility, heads the Blockchain department, and manages key accounts across various sectors including Automotive and AI Cloud & Data Infrastructure.

Experience Maria has 13+ years of experience trading equities, options, and forex. She was previously a Principal Investor at an early-stage Web3 VC and has been investing in Crypto since 2018. Before Outshine Ventures, she co-founded Neolution, a liquid token fund, where she developed automated strategies and advised Web3 startups. For 10+ years, Maria held product leadership roles at Bank of America, BlackRock, and was Head of Product for the largest crypto ETP provider in Europe. Maria earned an MBA with a concentration in IT Management and a BS in Systems Engineering with a Minor in Mathematics from UNC Charlotte, as well as certificates in Blockchain Technology, Smart Contracts, and FinTech Law from UC Berkeley and Duke.

Experience Oliver T. Hellriegel is an accomplished executive with more than three decades of experience in driving innovation and digital transformation with successful startup exits. In addition to his entrepreneurial endeavors, he imparts his extensive knowledge as a senior lecturer at Hochschule Macromedia, focusing on innovation, strategy, and foresight in business. He is the Co-Founder of BELOW2 Inc., based in San Francisco, where he leads efforts to evaluate and verify science-based carbon credits, enhancing the integrity of the voluntary carbon offset market. Hellriegel's work at BELOW2 is pivotal in providing transparent, traceable, and unalterable carbon credit verification, ensuring that these offsets effectively contribute to achieving net zero goals.

Experience Shayna has 8+ years of experience investing and has been investing in Crypto since 2018. Before Co-Founding Outshine Ventures, Shayna co-founded Neolution, a liquid token fund, where she created trading strategies and provided consulting services to early-stage Web3 startups. Prior to Neolution, Shayna was a growth-stage startup investor at PeakSpan Capital, a VC firm focused on global B2B SaaS companies. Previously, Shayna was an Investment Banker at Moelis, where she focused on technology M&A and capital raise transactions. She also held investment banking, risk management, and venture capital roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, and MetaProp VC. Shayna earned a BA in Economics from Claremont McKenna College as a Robert Day Scholar.
